In LOG-4289, we have added support for mTLS authentication. However, the route that the operator creates is using re-encrypt, this makes it so the mTLS verify step fails as the common name doesn't match the one used by the route.
Acceptance Criteria
- When using mTLS as the authentication methods the operator should create a route using passthrough instead of re-encrypt.
