As an administrator of ClusterLogForwarder sending logs to GCP using application credentials
I want the collector to recognize the key 'service_account.json'
so that I can use the secret created by the CCO without needing to manually intervene

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify 'service_account.json' is a valid secret key for cloud receivers.
• Verify 'google-application-credentials.json' takes precedence over 'service_account.json' to support users upgrading from previous releases
• Verify the collector is able to forward to GCP when the auth key is named 'service_account.json'
