As an MCOA engineer I want to deliver the addon as part of the next RHACM distribution, so that I can provide customers a continuous release stream for multi-cluster logging.

Goals

1. Document or provide docs for the present RHACM release distribution process.
2. Compile a spike implementation to deliver the MCOA addon as part of the MCO operator.
3. Propose an implementation path to include MCOA as dev-preview deployment in the next possible RHACM release.
