Description of problem:

Below metrics are missing on Openshift Collection dashboard in Logging 5.9.0

'Log collection rate (5m avg)' and 'Log bytes collected (24h avg)'

These metrics can be seen on Logging 5.8.4

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Logging 5.9.0

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Forward Logs to default logStore

2) Observe Collection dashboard

Actual results: 

Log collection rate (5m avg) and Log bytes collected (24h avg) are missing and showing 'No Datapoints' on collection dashboard.

Expected results:

Log collection rate (5m avg) and Log bytes collected (24h avg) should be visible under Collection Dashboard.

Additional info:

No such issue on Logging 5.8.4
