      Refactor alerts and dashboards to remove fluentd specific entries so they are simpler to change in the future

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify the operator only distributes alerts: CollectorNodeDown, VectorBufferAlert
      • Verify all collector specific graphs include the CLF instance name and namespace
