Summary

Modify the receiver of collector logs to only write the needed information to the final log stream file to reduce the size in order to improve performance

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify the received loader stream logs are smaller then previously
• Verify the binary produces the same output metrics without regression

Notes

• Longer test runs either fail to produce results or take a long time to process information
• Doing some of the work on the receiver side may reduce final processing
