Summary

We require a comprehensive investigation into the implementation of the Security Token Service (STS) through Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for transmitting log events to Azure Monitor. The investigation includes an assessment of whether additional changes are required to the Vector collector to support the integration of STS and ensure smooth log event transmission and management within Azure Monitor.

Acceptance Criteria

• Conduct a feasibility study to assess the technical and operational requirements for implementing STS through Azure AD
• Identify the specific benefits that STS can provide to the organization
• Develop a plan for implementing STS Azure AD
