Story
As an administrator of Host Control Planes,
I want the log collector to forward logs to a guest cluster using the guest cluster web identity token
So the logs from the managed cluster are visible in the guest's log store
Acceptance Criteria
- Verify the administrator can provide a token to be used for cloudwatch
- Verify the collector can forward logs using the spec'd web identity token
