Developer Notes

1. Both PRs to the target operarhub repositories are executed via the following makefile target

   make operatorhub 

2. Requirements are: curl & gh.
3. Note: The previous release version for the replaces directives is always the clusterserviceversion name, e.g. loki-operator.v0.1.0
