Summary

Investigate log forwarding to Azure Log Analytics and design an API for CLF to support it. At the end of this effort we should have a strong understanding of what is required to test and implement the required changes. Additionally we should understand if we are able to support STS workflow when forwarding to Azure and if there additional changes required to vector
