Before this fix, when users pasted a URL with predefined filters, some filters were removed. With this fix all the filters in the URL are included and are reflected on the UI.

Description of problem:
Search content disappears when link is copy pasted or shared with other user with opened with similar permissions on project.
How reproducible:
Everytime
Steps to Reproduce:
1> Install Loki
2> Go to Web Console > Observer > Logs > Select specific project > Add a word to search section and run [Run Query]
Copy the link generated:
3> Past the link in new tab in browser the link is changed to be below and Search content disappear
