Summary

While verifying LOG-4012 we made the decision to remove the ability to define TLS Profile for all forwarding in order to make it more explicit the profile that is being applied during forwarding

Acceptance Criteria

• CEE documentation is updated
• upstream documentation is updated
• Remove TLSProfile from CLF spec
