Description

As an administrator I want all lokistack-gateway to be spread evenly across available nodes so that both path's reliability is improved.

Acceptance criteria

All lokistack-gateway pods are evenly scheduled across available nodes.
Scheduling lokistack-gateway on the same node is allowed when lesser nodes than distributor pods are available
