Before this update, patch releases removed previous versions of the operators from the catalog. This made installing the old versions impossible. This update changes bundle configurations so that previous releases of the same minor version stay in the catalog.

Description

During the release process of 5.6.2 we noticed that although ~~LOG-2730~~ should have brought a change to the metadata of the bundle, the 5.6.1 release still removed the previous release from the catalog.
