Summary

Update CLO, log-file-metric-exporter, eventrouter update the following versions:

• K8S client-golang: to 1.24

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify Components depend on client-golang 1.24 or newer
• Verify unit, functional, e2e tests pass

Notes

• Need to find how v1.24 maps to the version that is locked in go.sum. Ref conversation

Questions

• Does this need to be backported to 5.5 or 5.6? Likely depends upon the k8s client version for OCP clusters where 5.5 can deploy
