The RHOBS teams share a longlived managed cluster for testing purposes namely [rhobs-testing](https://visual-app-interface.devshift.net/clusters#/openshift/rhobs-testing/cluster.yml) (Requires VPN Access). This cluster is used as a testbed for deploying RHOBS for testing, e.g. experimental flags, refactored templates w/o breaking the stage/production pipeline of any of our RHOBS instances (observatorium-mst, telemeter).

Developer Notes

1. Requires inviting all Log Storage team members on the public GitHub organization [RHOBS](https://github.com/rhobs).
2. Requires introducing rhobs testing access rights as separate team role on app-interface, e.g. named as rhobs-testing-access
3. Requires to remove testing access from the saas approver role
4. Grant all developers and saas approvers the rhobs testing access role.
