Summary

Implement the fluentd collector and output configurations in the log forwarder code for each out using the spec'd security profile

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify tlsSecurityProfile API is implemented for fluentd according to the specification in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/LOG-3271?focusedCommentId=21539266&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-21539266 and further comments.
• Verify the collector writes logs to a configured sink with the desired TLS settings when configured with a specific TLS security profile
