After AppSRE migrated ( MR-47052) all RHOBS Logs dashboards from the central folder on service/app-interface to dedicated saas files per service, the RHOBS dashboard deployment was broken because:

1. The new namespaces and target clusters are now behind the VPN and thus need replacement:
   1.  app-sre-observability-stage -> app-sre-observability-stage-int
   2. app-sre-observability-production -> app-sre-observability-production-int
2. The dashboards are missing UIDs to get deployed on Grafana 9.x
