Retention support unintentionally added to 5.5 release

Release 5.5.2 of Loki Operator contains support for configuration retention times, a feature targeted for 5.6.0 . This has happened because of a timing issue when switching branches for the 5.5.z and 5.6.z release lines.

The issue has been fixed in the next release (5.5.3).
