[Developer Console] "parse error" when testing with normal user

      Before this update, the LokiStack Gateway Labels Enforcer did not parse all LogQL statements correctly caused to throw parse errors for valid LogQL query when using combined label filters with boolean expressions. With this update, the LokiStack LogQL implementation supports label filters with boolean expression as in upstream resolves the issue and the users can search logs with label filters.

      When a non-admin user adds Severity filter, the Aggregated Logs page shows "parse error at line 1, col 113: syntax error: unexpected STRING"

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable Console plugin
      2. Create test projects using normal user
      3. Login to Openshift console as a normal user
      4. Switch to Developer mode
      5. Go to 'Aggregated logs' in 'Observe' menu
      6. Select the severity 'unknown' from the drop down  and click 'Run Query' button
