Motivation

The Log Console Plugin is currently limited to the admin persona. This means usual developer persona users don't have access to their per-project workload logs. This issue targets to enable per-project workload logs to close the missing gap to the previous ES/Kibana Stack.

Alternatives

• Enable per-project logs for developers with manual RBAC on the Admin Logs view.

Acceptance Criteria

• A Developer can access the per-project workload logs they are assigned to.
