Description of problem:

Loki Operator cannot be installed on 5.4.8 (with latest cpaas index). It is stuck in 'Pending' state due to InstallPlan erroring out

Error on InstallPlan:

risk of data loss updating "lokistacks.loki.grafana.com": new CRD removes version v1 that is listed as a stored version on the existing CRD

Steps to Reproduce:
a) Deploy Loki Operator (5.4.8)
b) Operator installation failed failed due InstallPlan error.

Actual results: Loki Operator installation failure.

Expected results: Loki Operator should install successfully.
