Summary

Investigate how to integrate the use of short lived tokens for Google Cloud Logging into the CLO. This experience would be akin to AWS STS Roles.

Acceptance Criteria

• Document the design and requirement to add the feature
• Approval from the logging over-site committee
• Create follow-up JIRA cards to implement the work
