    Description

      Starting 4.12 OpenShift console will be an optional component during installs. When console is disabled, none of its CRDs will be installed (ConsolePlugin, ConsoleLink, etc.). This means any operators that creates ConsolePlugin resources will need to tolerate when they’re missing.
