When there is no query entered, seeing error message on the Logs view

      Steps to reproduce the issue:
      1. Enable the "Console plugin" by following the doc

      2. On the Logs screen -> Empty the 'LogQL Query' Field and click on the 'Run Query' button

      Actual: 

      Expected: Empty screen as seen in the 'Metrics' screen (under 'Observe' menu) in web console.
