Seeing ‘Error’ on ‘Logs’ screen when the LokiStack operator is not deployed.

    • Before this update, the logging view plugin showed only an error text when the LokiStack was not reachable. After this update the plugin shows a proper error message with details on how to fix the unreachable LokiStack.

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Install CLO, enable 'Console Plugin' in the web UI
      2. Run below command in the terminal
      oc create -f https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/aosqe/aosqe-tools/-/raw/master/logging/log_template/clusterlogging/fluentd-to-lokistack.yaml 

      Actual:

      Expected: Proper error messages
