Base on currently configuration, the supported Logging list will be stable-5.2, stable-5.3,stable-5.4 and stable-5.5 on Openshift v4.11.

I don't think Logging will support stable-5.2 on Openshift-4.10. swilber@redhat.com there isn't definition about Logging 5.2 on spreadsheet [1] . Could you confirm?
