Goals

Support log forwarding to Cloud Operations aka. GCP StackDriver.

Motivation

Required by OSD, requested by customers.

Log forwarding API exposes a new output type for CloudOperations.
Route logs to different projects, regions, and/or log groups (a log group is similar to an index) using existing input selectors and pipelines.
Support for all security measures commonly used with stackdriver.

Document as additional output type.
