3. As an OpenShift Administrator, I want that the Loki-Operator provides out of the box configuration settings for the LokiRulerConfig's capabilities for remote write into cluster-monitoring's Prometheus.
4. As an OpenShift Administrator, I want that the Loki-Operator provides out of the box configuration settings for the LokiRulerConfig's capabilities for remote write into user-workload-monitoring's Prometheus.
5. As an OpenShift Developer, I want to define LokiRule resources in my workloads' namespaces and get them included in the LokiStack ruler config in openshift-logging.
6. LokiRule resources for the application tenant should respect the namespaced-based tenancy model of OpenShift Logging.
