As an Administrator, I want that the Loki-Operator reconciles the newest version of Loki namely v2.5.0, so that I can benefit from ongoing maintenance and security fixes.

Acceptance criteria

• The Loki-Operator installs new LokiStack CR using Loki 2.5.0 as a base image
• The Loki-Operator should support a feature flag to enable/disable remote reporting to Grafana Labs.

Notes

• Upgrade the default operand version to 2.5.0 in the manifests for all overlays, i.e. development, production, openshift
