Before this update, the log file metric exporter was only reporting logs created while the exporter was running, resulting in inaccurate log growth data. This update resolves this by monitoring /var/log/pods.

The log file metric exporter is not recording log growth correctly.
It tracks logs created while it is running, but shows flat lines for logs that existed when it started.
Fix by tracking /var/log/pods directly, taking account of sub-directories created in the new scheme.
