      Summary

      Update the CLO configuration to setup the fluentd configuration. Per conversation with rhn-engineering-aconway these changes include:

      • CLF bool configuration to explicitly enable the functionality.
      • "true" value configures the functionality by setting the annotation prefix to the configuration
