      Goal

      The logging console needs to use an API to retrieve logs from the store.

      There are three options:

      1. Loki's native API
      2. The prototype Logging API
      3. Design a new API

      Acceptance Criteria

      • A decision on the options described above
      • Detailed (epics & stories) to complete a logging API to support a logging console (see MON-2341)
      • Placeholder (epic) for design of a correlation API incorporating the logging API
        • either by extending the chosen logging API or delegating to it.
