[release-5.3] Events listing out of order in Kibana 6.8.1

      Prior to this update some log forwarder outputs did not recognize nanosecond precision and had no way to order records with matching timestamps. With this update, a sequence number has been added to the log record to help order entries that have matching timestamps.

    Description

      We are seeing an issue if 2 (or more) log messages came out with the same millisecond in their timestamp, their order in Kibana output (if sorted by timestamps) could be unpredictably listed out of order.
