Update version of fluent-plugin-cloudwatch-logs

    • Logging (Core) - Sprint 215

      We're using v0.7.6 of the cloudwatch plugin in our current image: quay.io/openshift-logging/fluentd:1.7.4

      The ability to AssumeRoleWithWebIdentity was added to the plugin in v0.11.1   

      Need to bump the version of the plugin when we rebuild our fluentd image.    The latest plugin is v0.14.2
