Technical Enablement - As a logging 5.4 (Vector) please work with other functional team (PM, Engineering, QE, Docs) to complet the provided slides and prepare CEE for the upcomming release.

This task is to create Technical enablement for below two RFEs

CEE needs a new feature technical enablment overview (slide deck, pre-created: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1GDfbRiQXNCB9GhCzHJZLfoCA3gEA8yvdL7q4i23Aado/edit ), that outlines, what Vector (feature or set of features) are/is being deliverd. CEE endevors to understand how we are testing, and how we are documenting the subject, so please coordinate with the proper functional teams to complete this effort (it is part of the definition of DONE).
