Summary
Add application log specific routing by namespace and pod label
so that Vector has feature parity with fluentd
Acceptance Criteria
- Verify users can forward application logs by spec'ing a namespace
- Verify users can forward application logs by spec'ing pod labels
- Verify compatible to same functionality in fluentd
