Make a final decision on the name of channel(s?)  for preview releases.

There is no de-facto consistency in exiting operators, and confusion over what de-jure conventions to use. In particular these documents directly  contradict each other:

 Goal: Find the relevant decision makers and bang their heads together until they make a consistent decision.
