Summary

Modify the fluent generator to allow various combinations of authentication scenarios based upon what an administrator defines in their secret. The modifications should be based on the discovery task LOG-1725

Acceptance Criteria

• Fluentd is capable of pushing logs to a spec'd CLF output using the secret it requires
• CLO drops outputs that have secrets with invalid combinations (e.g. username w/o password)
• CLO provides status for dropped outputs due to invalid secrets

Notes

• The generation process will apply whatever keys are specified by the administrator.
• Not all combinations are valid meaning an administrator can apply too many auth options
