Summary

As a maintainer of OpenShift logging,
I want to reuse component images for multiple OpenShift Logging releases
so that I do not have to maintain multiple versions of the same component which has no functional changes.

Acceptance Criteria

• elasticsearch-proxy release-5.1 bundled with 5.2+ release of cluster logging
• Document of the impact and changes required for: CI, CPaaS
• JIRA cards to finalize changes against the remaining components if appropriate

Notes

• Logging components (e.g. Elasticsearch 6, elasticsearch-proxy) are built for each release pipeline even though there is no functional difference between the final product which leads to unnecessary overhead: to resolve CVEs, resolve bugs, for QE to verify features
