Summary

Implement a generator that produces a config for the collector that supports the CLF design.

Acceptance Criteria

• Minimal support for output types: Elasticsearch, Kafka
• Unit tests supporting configuration

Notes

We want complete coverage of the existing fluentd features, but if we need to prioritize:

• Elasticsearch and Loki outputs are required.
• There is strong customer interest in a Kafka output.
