Based on the implementation of LOG-1148 (https://github.com/openshift/cluster-logging-operator/pull/961) AC needs a change.

Implementation is ES output receives flat_labels field and not receive the labels field and all other outputs receive labels fields and not flat_labels field.

We do not have a New Output field: format  (string, optional, default "flat") for this implementation
