To address noisy namespaces without deleting indices that other namespace logs are contained in, it would be advantageous to be able to configure our Index Management to perform delete by queries for certain namespaces.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Document required API changes to be able to capture this information so the index management script could delete namespace specific log records if specified
• Outline performance concerns (if any) to Elasticsearch with performing this query frequently (depending on the schedule for the cronjob)
• Create card to implement this feature within EO
• Create card to consume this EO feature from CLO
