As an administrator to cluster logging,
I want a table that displays the top 10 containers of logs produced

Acceptance Criteria

Add a new chart to the existing "Openshift Logging" dashboard that shows a table of top 10 containers of logs produced
The table displays the podname and namespace associated with each metric
