Currently the alerts provided by the Elasticsearch Operator may not have the correct values within the alerts file and may not have the correct severity for the issue we are alerting on.

For now, we can stick to "Critical", "Warning", and "Info".

Acceptance Criteria:

• Ensure that alerts that are Critical are marked as such
• Ensure that alerts that are less severe are marked as such
