Story

As a user of logging, I want to be able to subscribe to stable or 5.0 channels to update my openshift logging.

Acceptance Criteria

• Test and document how to create these channels built from the master branch or from a v5.0 release branch.
• Test the user experience of upgrading from the new channels is easy to figure out for a user of the 4.6 experience.
• Test that we can add a 5.0.1 patch release to the stable and 5.0 channels and upgrade to it.
