[Operator] Add Persistence field in the SonataFlowPlatform's spec CRD

    Description

      As a sonataflow platform operator, I want to be able to define a persistence configuration in the sonataflowPlatform CR instance that will be used by default for platform services and sonataflow CR instances when these don't have one provided in their Spec.
