Refactor the data input schema generator that was created in the POC phase.

Logic that is specific to the Orchestrator should be pluggable into the architecture and this part of the code should live in the Orchestrator repository.

Generic logic should be moved to `kie-tools` repository since other channels can benefit from this feature.

Test coverage must be included as well.
