Dataindex persistence addon is creating the protobuf folder as root user

The folder /classes/META-INF/resources/persistence/protobuf created by Dataindex test utils when creating containers, to store the protobuf  is owned by root user.  When you try to execute the integration test with another user, you need to remove that folder with root privileges manually. 

Ideally to make development easier and be able to repeat builds without this extra steps, is needed to create that folder with the current user as its owner

As part of this Jira, in order to fix the development build, is need to fix some errors regarding reusing Dataindex postgres tescontainers.
