      Initial version of the Backstage Orchestrator project, the work done at the PoC level should be refactored and be moved to the Janus organization, this is the starting point for the project.

      This would be the central point of work mainly for StonataFlow and Parodos teams.

      It should be possible to run the Janus IDP showcase with the Orchestrator on it.
